West Park United Church of Christ is a family of
believers who continually share their time and talents to strengthen
this body of Faith. We, the members of West Park United Church of
Christ, want to share our blessings with others through our wider
missions and our community outreach. We support programs of spiritual
growth and caring. We, as a church community, give from our hearts, and
acknowledge God as the True Source of these Gifts. We welcome all who
accept Jesus Christ as their savior or anyone seeking to know The
Christ.
We want all who enter West Park United Church of Christ to feel welcome.
We have a beautiful sanctuary which is the home of our Sunday Worship.
Literature about the church's history, programs, mission and ministry is
available to all new members and guests.
Our Pastor, Lawrence H. Craig,
provides a caring ministry to all of our congregation. His pastoral care
extends to all who are enjoying the blessings of life as well as to those
who are facing a personal crisis or loss. His Sunday message is a calm and
steady message in our often hectic and stress filled lives. Pastor Craig
is also an "On-Call" Chaplain at Fairview Hospital. Our Licensed Minister,
James R.Furry , also provides caring council whenever it is needed.
Wendy LeForge, our Director of Christian Education, leads
the efforts of our Youth Education Programs including our Confirmation

the efforts of our Chancel Choir and Adult Bell Choir. He also coordinates all music activities and concerts for our church.

our sanctuary, There are special services for Christmas Eve and Easter.

season and Holy Week are provided each year.
We open our facilities to other community
groups like Scottish Dancers and the Cuy-Lor Stamp Club.
Many of our church members volunteer at
Fairview General Hospital where we also
provide devotional material for those in need. We are active in
providing for food for our local
